I also couldn't find much work of Carla Williams, but what I did find was definitely notable. While searching for LGBT artists, she continued to come up, but not with much context. The work I found of hers is really quite beautiful, though. My favorite photo of hers that I found is the one of the woman sitting on the bed taken on what looks like polaroid or peel apart film. Something about it feels incredibly raw and real and I always admire that in a photographer.
